We have been a propane client of DF Richard for 13 years and have been pleased with the service and the communication when I have had questions. We have a dual fuel (heat pump/furnace) system which they do not service unfortunately and we are seasonal customers but in all of these years we have been happy with DF Richard.
I can’t sing their praises enough! The weekend before Thanksgiving, our furnace started making a loud humming-type of sound. I immediately shut off the switch, and my husband called for an emergency technician to come over and diagnose what was wrong. Billy was prompt, knowledgeable, and literally saved us from what could have been a fatal situation at 3:30 in the morning. He pulled the whole mechanism apart, and did a deep inspection from front to back. From start to finish, Billy was excellent! Within the last several years, we have purchased a new furnace and heat pumps from D. F. Richard, both of which we've been very happy with. The technician who came for a recent furnace cleaning was excellent! Professional and hard working. Would recommend this family business highly!
