I would like to acknowledge the D.F. Richard Energy Co. for being one of very few larger businesses remaining that has resisted the temptation to resort to robotic answering of their phone calls.They do business with integrity and great service. Kudos!!

D.F. Richard has been fantastic to deal with over the years. They have an App to make payment a breeze. I have had to call their office three times over the past two weeks to reschedule appointments to uninstall an old has dryer and reinstall a new gas dryer due to changing of delivery schedule. They have been nothing but a pleasure and extremely helpful. Prices are fair as well. I would highly D.F. Richard.

Pricewise, I know there is cheaper propane around here. BUT the staff is fantastic. The delivery drivers, service techs, and office staff have always been top notch in my 4+ years with them. I called on a Monday with a water heater leak that I'd already shut down. They had a tech to my house within 30 minutes. They worked through the warranty process with Rinnai, and called me the minute that the replacement unit arrived from the manufacturer. It was installed 3 hours later, with the install taking a little over an hour. Top notch employees!
