“Best experience with a service provider I’ve ever had. Customer service was outstanding from the moment I called. Sandy answered—she felt like a close friend immediately. They prioritized my residential installation 2 days before a major holiday (4th of July) and it was 100 degrees outside! Kevin, the service manager, was also extremely friendly, professional, sincere and honest. The AC replacement and installation cost over $10k, which was terrible news, but it was the most favorable experience I’ve ever had with a service provider despite having to spend that kind of money unexpectedly. They did project in 2 days and Kevin’s coming back to check on things next week. Kevin gave men his cell and is super accessible. Same with Sandy. I can text them and they respond within minutes.
