“As a first time customer Jim came out on a moments notice. We were in a pinch with a pin hole leak right before dinner time. He was timely, professional, nice to the whole family and explained everything he planned to do step by step. His responsiveness and professionalism were well received and we will certainly be calling him to do some work in our home come spring time. Thanks!!”
“I spoke with Jay in customer service. He was delightful and informative. I had called and asked numerous questions about well reports and inspections. He directed me to the correct website to find the same information in the future and answered every one of my many questions with patience. He also gave me his direct number to call to request a well inspection. I could tell he truly cares about helping the customers. I truly appreciate his information and time.”
“Great experience today with Nick. He was personable, professional and did a great job installing our new toilet! Thanks!”
