“I haven't seen medical care as good and comprehensive as this group in a long time. my mother lost sight in her eye and after extensive research on the part of Dr. Elia he figured out the cause and treated her appropriately. Excellent care and concern for his patient. Dr. Lentz has also been seeing her for a different issue and she gets the same level of care. This is where I will go if I'm ever in need of eye care. Highly recommend.“

“I had a great experience there yesterday. Everyone was pleasant, courteous and professional. I didn't have to wait at all like I usually do at medical appointments. I walked in the door, checked in and sat down and in less than 5 minutes an aid called my name and my appointment began. The exam was very thorough. Then I checked out and was on my way home. I would have given 5 stars but I think they used too many eye drops to dilate my pupils (my eyes didn't return to normal for more than 8 hours) and I felt that the location in the complex is not clearly marked.“

“My 2 year old daughter has been seeing Dr. Wong for about 8 months. She recently had double strabismus surgery, Dr. Wong has been absolutely wonderful! She makes my daughters appointments fun and easy for her. She's thorough, caring and spends the time needed to explain everything to me. After surgery she called to check in on my daughter that night, and continued to reach out checking on her often. I have never experienced a Dr. personally reaching out to check on their patient, especially the same night. Other Dr's typically have their front desk staff call you. She truly cares! We absolutely appreciate Dr.Wong & her team!“

This practice is definitely busy but everyone I encountered today did a tremendous job. They were there to help me and it showed. From the initial call to receiving a call back to being assessed by Alexis.....it was all done with a smile, an introduction, courtesy and professionalism. A very pleasant experience. “Long time customer, I had a great experience today. I did not wait more than 5 min. The technician, Lauren, was so efficient and pleasant.Dr. Rheault was also great and also on time. My only concern had been the long wait for the bi-yearly appt. when I called to schedule in March or April for July and couldn't get an appt until November. I asked to be on a cancellation list and actually got in on schedule in July! That's the way things are these days.“
