The staff at My Eye Doctor (381 South Willow Street, Manchester, New Hampshire) is extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Dr. Sutherland is extraordinarily thorough. She conveyed sincere interest and concern, as well as a genuine willingness to encourage questions and expend the related necessary time and attention to ensure the information she provided was responsive and clear. She also shared helpful information and remedies specific to my eyes/vision that I had never received from previous providers I've visited. I haven’t gotten my eyes examined in over 10 years, I had the most wonderful experience with the Lens Doctors staff today! Fantastic service, well educated staff, and a very easy and relaxed atmosphere. 10/10 recommend.

I went in today for an annual eye exam as well as to discuss contact lens options, as I have always only worn glasses. I left my appointment fully confident in my ability to apply the contacts myself, maintain them properly, and understood all information provided to me at the visit. The staff at lens doctors are so welcoming and friendly, they really made me feel comfortable and welcomed any and all questions that I had. Lens doctors truly does care about their patient's experience. 10/10 would recommend.
