“My 2 year old daughter has been seeing Dr. Wong for about 8 months. She recently had double strabismus surgery, Dr. Wong has been absolutely wonderful! She makes my daughters appointments fun and easy for her. She's thorough, caring and spends the time needed to explain everything to me. After surgery she called to check in on my daughter that night, and continued to reach out checking on her often. I have never experienced a Dr. personally reaching out to check on their patient, especially the same night. Other Dr's typically have their front desk staff call you. She truly cares! We absolutely appreciate Dr.Wong & her team!“
“I had an eye infection and cellulitis and needed to be seen as soon as possible. Dr Hall was kind enough to fit me into his schedule today and I started antibiotics within an hour! This practice is definitely busy but everyone I encountered today did a tremendous job. They were there to help me and it showed. From the initial call to receiving a call back to being assessed by Alexis.....it was all done with a smile, an introduction, courtesy and professionalism. A very pleasant experience. “Long time customer, I had a great experience today. I did not wait more than 5 min. The technician, Lauren, was so efficient and pleasant.Dr. Rheault was also great and also on time. My only concern had been the long wait for the bi-yearly appt. when I called to schedule in March or April for July and couldn't get an appt until November. I asked to be on a cancellation list and actually got in on schedule in July! That's the way things are these days.“
