“Perfect experience. Check In paperwork completed online. Check in at the office was smooth. Didn’t have insurance card but was able to email a copy while I waited in the chair before my appointment. Seen quickly (under 5 minutes), eye exam performed, questions answered professionally by both the technician and the Doctor. Annual appt scheduled during check out and Rx provided at my request. Met my expectations for how this sort of this should happen.“
