“Our home flooded in January and Servicexperts completed the mitigation and renovation. Coming home to a flooded house in the middle of a snowstorm with a 3 year old and a 5 month old was less than ideal, but Randy and his team made it virtually painless. They were there within an hour of placing the call and began demo and cleanup immediately. Randy was calm throughout it all and kept us informed. He was very knowledgeable about water damage and mold, and he ensured there was absolutely nothing missed. The renovation came out BEAUTIFUL. Our home is a fixer-upper as it is and Randy went above and beyond to make it truly lovely. There were some side jobs unrelated to the flood that we asked Randy to complete which he did without issue - and very affordably at that! He sent us photos via text daily so we could follow the progress. The team steam-cleaned the carpets, washed everything down, and moved all of our belongings back in before we moved back in. The entire process took exactly four weeks but Randy made it all so effortless. What should have been an utter disaster was completely manageable and nearly stress-free. “Bob came to our house with carpet samples, took measurements, and provided us with an estimate that night. He took plenty of time to answer questions and scheduled the job within a week. The installers came on time, were all very courteous, and were careful bringing in all the large carpet rolls. They removed the old carpet and installed all the new carpeting in our 3 bedrooms and were finished in about 4 hours. Bob followed up the next day to make sure that we were happy with the work. We were very satisfied with the prices and the customer service and would recommend them.“

“A relatively small job but in a hard-to-reach spot. We needed about 6 'shiplap' (exterior vertical) siding boards replaced on our back dormer. I'd ordered replacement boards from a local sawmill (Wilkens Lumber), and had the exterior stain, was going to do it myself, until I realized I couldn't do it all by myself. Matt Flattery came, looked at the job, said he could not only replace the 6 boards I needed done, but there would be leftover wood to also do a few more boards. He would also install a backing layer between exterior boards nad plywood, plus add a flashing along bottom to further protect from snow buildup. We had to go on a trip for a few days, and when we returned the job had been completed. Matt had emailed us a series of photos showing his work in process while we were gone. It was very well done - 10X better than I could ever have done by myself. And, a reasonable price too! Highly recommend Matt.“
