We have had Flawless Floors install new flooring as well as sand and refinish existing prefinished flooring. Both jobs were completed quickly and with exceptional results. The Flawless Floor team is very friendly, does a great job of communicating timelines and expectations for each day on the job, and provides overall great service. Should we need additional flooring in the future, we would definitely reach out to them again.
Ian and the flawless team are great to work with, organized, price fairly, and are attentive to the details that matter. My brother and I are builders and have high expectations for anyone we engage with on our clients project. It’s nice to have peace of mind knowing that they will execute well on any project whether a flooring refinish, new floor install, stain matching (accurately). We won’t use another company for flooring and you shouldn’t either.
Flawless floors are highly recommended. Ian and Liz, and their entire crew are professional, hardworking and customer service focused. We had to refinish all our wood floors to change the color and everything about the experience was fast and efficient and easy. The job was done in under a week. Ian told us what to expect and got a list of colors we wanted to review, sourced the stain samples and put all of them down on the floor in neat swatches perfectly laid out. It made our final color decision easy and quick. We love the finished product, it really transformed the entire house, and we can’t say enough great things about Flawless Floors!
