“Leominster Hardwood Floors fixed our hardwood floors after two other hardwood floor companies were unable to do so. We had oak floors installed 8 years ago. The wood had a rough grain to it. The installer sanded and finished the floors, but the grain could still be felt when running a hand over the floors. This gave the floors a dull look. Over 4 years, dirt caught in the grain causing the floors to have a black look. We hired another company to sand and refinish the floors, with the same result. Now eight years after installing them, we hired Leominster Hardwood Floors to sand and refinish them again. Leominster Hardwood Floors took the time to sand the floors properly, and then refinish them. They have a smooth feel and the clean look that we were trying to achieve when we installed the floors eight years ago. We could not be happier with the result. Wilson, who is the owner of the company, is knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with, and returns phone calls. I strongly recommend this company and would not consider having any other company work on my hardwood floors.Service: Sanding“

“Bob came to our house with carpet samples, took measurements, and provided us with an estimate that night. He took plenty of time to answer questions and scheduled the job within a week. The installers came on time, were all very courteous, and were careful bringing in all the large carpet rolls. They removed the old carpet and installed all the new carpeting in our 3 bedrooms and were finished in about 4 hours. Bob followed up the next day to make sure that we were happy with the work. We were very satisfied with the prices and the customer service and would recommend them.“
