FloorMe was great. Super help with backsplash tile selection. I needed FloorMe to install tile. Cayla was terrific providing this service and facilitating scheduling. She came out and did the measurements with a very reasonable quote.
Lucas did the installation and he was fantastic. Very meticulous, hard working and explained process well. Great job with cleanup after finish. Very happy with the outcome!!!

Updating rating following the response from the team. Overall I was very satisfied with the work FloorMe did and would recommend working with them for flooring needs in the Nashua area. I think their communication channels could be optimized a little better. Leaving my original review below for transparency on my concern:
I got hardwood installed by floorme a couple years ago. Eventually a gap formed in a certain area - obv not a big deal but something cosmetic I’d expect they’d be able to address to show their adherence to quality craftsmanship. I’ve contacted them twice now (1 email, 1 phone call) and haven’t gotten anything from them...read full review
The process of selecting the carpet was made easier by excellent advice from Dana. She helped me pick samples in the store and then came by the house and helped with the final selection. The installation was completed all in one day, the crew took care of moving all of the furniture (4 bedrooms!) and the carpet looks fantastic. Highly recommend.
