Was pleasantly surprised about thecommunication during the whole process. We had epoxy done on our kitchen floor in the basement of our church. We are a Presbyterian church and it takes a while to go through the process. John was great to deal with , the floor looks great , and the ladies are happy. Great dust collection system , which was a huge concern.
We were very pleased with the way that the workers kept us informed of when they were arriving, the scope of the work they were doing, and the approximate length of time the various procedures would take. They were meticulous in cleaning up.
