I had my carpets measured for an estimate 3 weeks ago and never heard back from the sales associate. I even called and checked in when I’d be hearing back but was told the sales associate I spoke with was on vacation till *insert date.*. I was not told there’d be a delay at the time of booking. It’s 3 days on from return date and I still haven’t heard anything about my estimate for carpeting so I’m now going to go somewhere else.

I typically only deal with the paint department but their employee's go above and beyond any other paint store I've been too. Highly recommend 🤙
