Three years ago Patriot Heating & Cooling replaced our 15 year old HVAC unit with a Trane system. This past week the system failed to produce heat, and we contacted Patriot for service. It was a very busy week with single digit temperatures, but Patriot managed to get a technician to our home in two days. An expensive replacement part was thankfully fully covered through a 5 year Trane warranty, however an out-of-state shipment of that part delayed a fix by another day. Patriot Heating & Cooling were fabulous to work with! Megan was knowledgeable and kind while setting up a quick service appointment! The service technician was here the following day and completely met our needs. Matt was punctual, friendly and fully explained and shared his expertise with repairing the furnace!! His friendly and professional manner was welcomed, and he had our furnace fixed and running smoothly in a few hours! Would highly recommend Matt and enjoyed speaking with Megan in the office. A true customer friendly local business. Will certainly be requesting future services from them!

The team at Patriot was great to work with. I called with a problem, not even an emergency, and they were able to help me in only a day. What I expected was going to be a multi-visit repair was only 2 hours and they had the parts with them (talk about prepared!). Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and on time. Based on this experience, I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
