“My only complaint is it took a long time for installation, 7 hours for 3 windows. But I know we needed some some wood replaced under our Windows due to rot, so I'm sure that added to the time required. “Cory, Jarrett, and their team were great to work with. They replaced the roof on our 17 unit mixed use building and did a great job. Their price was much better than the other estimates we got. Throughout the project they kept me update as more issues were found, and explained what they could do to remedy the issue when possible (the building is very old and roof replacement was long overdue, so we expected some extra issues). Having 17 different units and making sure everyone is happy can be difficult on any project. I think Innovative did a great job of keeping everyone as happy as possible. One unit had some concerns, and in my opinion, Innovative went above and beyond to make things right (whether the unit owner sees it that way or not, I am not sure).“

“Highly recommend Tall Pine Roofing. This company is incredible. We just got our roof done December 12th. This company went beyond and above my roof had a bunch of snow on it since we had 2 storms. Some how they shovel off our roof and took all the old shingles off and put new ones on in one day. Even my neighbors came to us the next day and said they were so impressed how they did all that in one day .. They didn’t even charge us for shoveling off the roof. Not to mention I had to reschedule them a few times cause my tree company keep needing to reschedule us . They were so easy to work. Some people are willing to throw money at a vexing issue. You may well know from experience that this generally leads to expensive frustration. If you do, then you understand that your money is well spent hiring a competent professional. Mike from Skyline solved my roof leak (rubber membrane roof located under roof deck hot tub). He carefully inspected all possible causes, tested for integrity to determine with certitude, then explained and offered a DIY fix. In the end the 10 year old roof system previously installed by Skyline continued to function perfectly. It was the sliding glass door that was leaking. (Mike laughed when he explained how much water can drain through a 1/16 inch diameter hole). I highly recommend Skyline.
