Several years ago they installed a new roof, gutters and provided follow-up visits to caulk and seal a few minor issues with the gutters. The work was done in an efficient, timely manner, followed by meticulous clean-up. The roof they installed is not only supremely functional, but also beautiful, with GAF architectural shingles, blue/gray color. Three years later, the roof is still solid and looks awesome. “Queen City Roofing is the roofing company I recommend for sure. They were the 4th roofing company I tried to get to do my two roofs. I think the other companies were too intimidated because one of my buildings is an octagon style. Whatever the case I am glad I ended up with Queen City Roofing. They were 100% professional in every aspect and with their large talented crew, they were in and out same day (40 square, 2 buildings) even working a few extra hours to finish it up that day. The final result was two great looking roofs that I saw first hand have more than adequate Ice and snow rubber underlayment placed underneath the shingles, which should alleviate the previous problems that the previous roofing company created by not using Ice and snow at all. This ended up creating rot in 11 sheets of the plywood -which they also replaced that same day! Highly recommend this company! “If the problem isn't obvious, analyzing a roof leak issue requires methodical patience, years roofing experience, and a genuine desire to solve the customer's problem. Some people are willing to throw money at a vexing issue. You may well know from experience that this generally leads to expensive frustration. If you do, then you understand that your money is well spent hiring a competent professional. Mike from Skyline solved my roof leak (rubber membrane roof located under roof deck hot tub). He carefully inspected all possible causes, tested for integrity to determine with certitude, then explained and offered a DIY fix. In the end the 10 year old roof system previously installed by Skyline continued to function perfectly. It was the sliding glass door that was leaking. (Mike laughed when he explained how much water can drain through a 1/16 inch diameter hole). I highly recommend Skyline.
