I can't say enough about the effort that Lonnie has put into helping me deal with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. He is very courteous with all aspects of the process. He has been jumping through hoops trying to satisfy the insurance company. He is always on time and returns calls, text and emails right away, very professional. A couple weeks back we discovered a leak in our attic coming from our chimney. After a couple of appalling interactions with two of the largest roofers in the area we decided to call Conde Roofing.Unlike the other companies, Conde Roofing actually sends out skilled tradesmen (not sales representatives). They were able to give us an interim solution to stop the leaking until proper repairs could be done in the spring. One of their expert roofers named Adam showed up within 24 hours of calling for help. From the estimate process to the completion of the job, I was impressed with the punctuality, professionalism, pace & follow up. My roof was done in great time & the team seemed to work in unisom & left "no stone unturned". My yard was left totally clean &,,, I can smile every time it rains!
