My house was built in the late 19th century and the roof was constructed of old barn boards with layers of tar paper and disintegrated shingles. They stripped the roof, added a new modern underlayment of plywood, ice and water protection and new trim. House looks amazing now. They were in an out in a day (though a long one.) We're incredibly pleased with the whole process. From the initial site visit, to communication during the lead up and then the professional installation and clean up. Highly recommend!“

“Start to finish the Nick Tracy Team did a great job. It was a one day job. Stripped the roof, replaced a few sheets of plywood, tamped down loose nails remaining in roof, laid a 6 foot water proof ( ice dam damage protection), full shingle replacement, all done in 1 day. Bonus was the cleanup process, not an old shingle was found, better yet the yard was dragged with magnets - not a nail was left behind. Everything into a 20 yard dumpster on sight, it was gone next day! As was the portable potty. Good planning - Great Execution 😎“

“We decided to use Marquis Roofing for a standing seam metal roof on our log cabin. Very impressed with the overall quality of everything the crew did. Josh‘s team was very professional, answered every question we had, and did a very good job cleaning up the work site when everything was finished (every last nail and scrap was gone). The team stripped and removed two layers of shingles, replaced over 14 panels of plywood installed a new skylight, and also did some facia replacement for us. The custom fitting of drip edges and standing seam metal roof came out very nice. Log cabins are a tough platform to work on, not everything is perfectly level and square but we are very impressed by the finished products. Let the photos speak for themselves.
