“My only complaint is it took a long time for installation, 7 hours for 3 windows. But I know we needed some some wood replaced under our Windows due to rot, so I'm sure that added to the time required. Overall, we are extremely happy with the product and installation, and every team member we have interacted with so far has been kind and professional. And their warranty can't be beat.
