The next morning, the team came and cleaned the roof and stopped the leaking. I did get pricing from another company and they were in the same ballpark, competitively priced. But RJ's could come out sooner than the other company. The roof is nice and clean from the large amount of ice up there. The team was also great in shoveling the walkways once they were done cleaning the roof. He also stands by his work and said if I had any other problems in the next week or so to give him a call at no charge. But I know we needed some some wood replaced under our Windows due to rot, so I'm sure that added to the time required.
