Start to finish the Nick Tracy Team did a great job. It was a one day job. Stripped the roof, replaced a few sheets of plywood, tamped down loose nails remaining in roof, laid a 6 foot water proof ( ice dam damage protection), full shingle replacement, all done in 1 day. Bonus was the cleanup process, not an old shingle was found, better yet the yard was dragged with magnets - not a nail was left behind. Everything into a 20 yard dumpster on sight, it was gone next day! As was the portable potty. Good planning - Great Execution 😎

Always someone available to address any questions or concerns. Ricky kept me updated via pictures, texts and phone calls if needed. No sales pressure during the estimate and Michael was great. The owner Nick came out to the job site twice to check on everything. since it snowed everyday they were here Ricky said to call them when the snow melts if I see any screws or scraps and they'll come back to do a clean up.. Pricing was also fair in comparison with other estimates.. Thanks to Rick, Michael and Nick.
