The best contractor we have ever worked with! We have had several large home projects done, including a roof at our last house, and Derek is the best contractor we have worked with. We had a leak in our kitchen, and Derek prioritized our job and got it done ASAP. We ended up doing the entire roof and the job was done well and quickly. They also completed several other small projects that needed to be done when they did the roof. The price was fair, and the service was top notch! Highly recommend!

Highest Quality Lawn and Pesst, INC - this is our first year using their services. So far, so good - we didn't get the full results we had hoped for - but we will continue for another year and hope that the consistency of quality products and specialized lawn care will assist us in achieving our goals. I got several quotes for my windows, after my friend recommended Affordable. The other quotes were almost double Affordable's, but I felt they were overblown. So glad I went with these guys, quick and efficient work, very pleasant and professional installers who had been with the company for years, excellent windows and doors that are fully guaranteed. I feel like calling them every day to thank them, my windows are great!

It was a pleasure working with Mill City Energy. Ryan came to our home to do the initial assessment, answered all our questions then returned with his team on the date scheduled. Throughout the entire process we felt confident about Mill City Energy, especially because of their team members, including the office staff. When the team arrived, they worked proficiently, first to assure everything was covered and protected including the stairs. Before they left each day, they cleaned up completely. Ryan, Larry and OG all knew what they were doing and worked extremely well together as a team. We couldn't have asked for a more professional experience. We can already tell the difference the insulation is making. One nice benefit we hadn't really thought about was the noise reduction, but our home is indeed quieter, and we love it. We also appreciate that the house feels less humid. Although the really cold weather is a few months away, we can already tell that the house maintains its temperature much better than before. Our house is almost 50 years old, and we are very glad we did this work especially so because Mill City Energy was a superb business to work with and recommend with no hesitation.

Since this review, I discovered that my water heater stop working just after heritage was out there. (BTW they charge 289 for an "assessment" and found nothing wrong but in the end i have a hole in my ceiling with nothing fixed). I had heritage come out again to evaluate the water heater and asked if i had to pay 289 AGAIN and they said yes. Then they said that since my water heater was so old, (2010 the unit was built and i bought in 2017) that i should just replace it. I agreed, wouldnt pay ANOTHER 289 for their assessment and asked for a quote. He gave me a quote for 3000 and if i bought the heater myself that would be less BUT said that if i go to Home depot the water heaters are not reliable so didnt recommend it. I passed - OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced work. If a water heater costs 500 and you are billing me for 3k with 3 hours of labor...thats financial fraud. And after i got three other quotes, the final company i used said they tell people on their staff to quote as high as you can because in desperate situations...basically people will pay. I will not use them again but found a great company because of this.
Excellent service. Very pleased with CSR Chelsea who patiently walked me through the services offered and pricing. Very pleased with technician Riley. He was fabulous. I chose Orkin over five other companies I spoke with, they weren’t the lowest price, but they offered the options I was looking for (not to empty my own traps and not locked in to a contract and combination of traps) and felt they gave the best value for the money.
