We knew we needed a new roof. It just so happened our neighbors replaced theirs this past summer, using Mr B’S. We contacted them and by the end of that week we received our quote and any paperwork that came with it. Had the contract signed the following Tuesday. Supplies came quickly, and the following Monday the roof was completed. The crew worked extremely hard, from the roof stripping, to adding the new roof, to cleanup. The cleanup guy came after and cleaned again with his blower and magnet. He did spot two porch post caps that had been broken during installation, and did say they would be replaced. I am waiting on those. The only thing I was hoping for, was to have the owner reach out in someway, just to see if we were satisfied with the new roof. At the same time I am sure he is extremely busy with other jobs, but as a customer I do like the personal interaction with the owner if possible. But I would definitely recommend Mr B’s to anyone in need of a new roof.
Aluminum gutters were installed on a tricky section of my house; oddly shaped areas, wires pertruding... MR. B's team did a great job. Mark and Alan communicated the whole way through making sure we were happy with the outcome.
Great job. I had an old Flat rubber roof that was at the end of its life. Great and professional work. Removed all the old roofing, replaced rotted boards as needed, 1in insulation board, and proper flashing at Chimneys and vents. Send me pictures during all phases of the job. I own 4 buildings and will be calling again next time I need a roof. Well worth the price if you want the job done right.
