“I realized on Friday that there was something going on with Maggie, and of course it was after hours. I called and left a message to call me Saturday morning, and in the meantime scheduled an appointment online for Monday just in case. They called me right away Saturday and got her in within an hour. As suspected, she has a bad tooth that needs to come out, so the weekend emergency doctor and staff took great care of her, did bloodwork, prescribed what was needed and even cancelled our Monday appointment for us as well. Now we just need to get her tooth taken care of this week, but she is feeling better until we can get that done. As always, Ridgeview came through for us. We've been clients here for nearly 17 years. Ridgeview is the best!“

“Good Samaritan provided amputation at a much lower cost than I had been provided by my regular vet. Amputation was definitely a service I never hoped to need, but the staff was lovely and the facility was squeaky clean, warm, and inviting. I was able to get service the same day I called and received updates throughout the procedure process. Knowing that Walter was being so well cared for really put my mind at ease. I hope I don’t need these types of services again anytime soon but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to Good Samaritan again. Thank you for proving reasonably priced caring services!“

“Rabbit & reptile owners: COME HERE!!! Cannot recommend this place enough. They care about your animals on a deeply personal level. I’ve taken my 14 year old tortoise there for checkups numerous times. She had a respiratory illness and they helped me rectify it. They go above and beyond. Our beloved Flemish giant rabbit, Tilly, had been seen early one morning one day for GI stasis. It’s common in rabbits and we’ve had experience, it’s not a big deal when you catch it early, give them meds, and syringe feed them food. They knew this well. She was a terror, but she was our terror. We knew the drill for feeding and most importantly, meds (they literally opened half an hour early for her!!). Unexpected for everyone, she passed later that day at only about 3 years old. Dr. Roelofs is a godsend. She spoke to me for like 20 minutes on the phone at like 7 pm that evening about how it wasn’t my fault and how everything had looked normal on all the scans while I sobbed uncontrollably. She seemed as stunned as I was. I later received a card from the office, signed by everyone. Dr. Roelofs wrote a long note once again assuring me and my distraught husband in the card that we had done nothing wrong. We are experienced rabbit owners. Sometimes things just go wrong genetically. The comfort this clinic and Dr. Roelofs has brought me cannot be contained in a google review. But she’s amazing and so is this clinic.“

Dr. P and co. have taken such good care of all of our cats’ needs over this past year including a very hard to diagnosis inflammable bowel (still sorry Southpaw for Lucielle’s post-biopsy blowout..) and is nearly putting a senior of ours’ newly dx’d diabetes into remission with a new-to-the-market medication! We can usually get same day appts if absolutely necessary, or drop off at worst. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! ???“

When my dog was around 6 months old she broke her leg and they got her in right when I called. I would recommend anyone with a new pet to establish care at this clinic.“

“Great care for our pets!!! My Chihuahua had a very upset stomach and they were able to squeeze him in on an emergency. They did some blood work and x-rays to check for any obstructions. They gave him some meds and he is finally comfortable. Love these guys!!!“

“I love bringing Charlie here. I see Doctor Clark on a usual basis and she's amazing. She takes the time to explain each and every step. She tells me costs and debates each option with me. She is so awesome with Charlie each and every time I visit her. This last time I visited Morgan Pet clinic was a funny story to show how great these people are. They needed a stool sample for my dog and my dog just so happened to accidentally take an accident in my car. I volunteered this option and they laughed and said they hadn't heard that before lol. The assistant was so amazing and went out to the car to get the sample. I thought she'd dip the cue tip and come back in. She cleaned it ALL up for me. I didn't expect her to clean up after her but I sure appreciated it. I'm going to continue to bring my current dog and continue bringing my future dogs here.“

They took care of our immediate need to preserve Mickey so we can bring him home back to Washington. And it was time to take Mickey home, they provided a couple of wonderful hallmark keepsakes to bring him home. Thank You again Harvey Oaks Animal Hospital. You made our goodbye to Mickey a smoother transition more than we can hope for.“
