The veterinary techs and front desk staff are wonderful as well. They love people and their pets and it shows! Will be coming back for as long as we possibly can. This was our first and last visit as my cat, Charlotte had a horrific neurological event.

The Dr. talked quietly with me as I gently rubbed her head and she fell asleep in my arms before the medicine was even given.

Words are not enough to describe the gift of compassion and kindness staff gave to me and my cat.

I am so sad and lonely without my cat, Charlotte; however the harshness of her death has been softened and tolerable because of the staff. 🥰💕“

“Gentle doctor has been awesome with both my pet babies!!! I have been to all 3 of the clinics and I have been happy with the care that my pet babies have received. My little girl baby doesn’t do well with strangers, but they are gentle and thoughtful with her care. On her last visit the tech commented “it says she does better in the back, is it ok if I take her back there to get looked at?” I LOVED it that they noted that and asked me. (She has a lot of anxiety).
Also, I appreciate that they call for follow ups, and ask how my babies are doing after their visits.

I also use their grooming services. Where my little guy does very well, my little girl not so much. They take their time and they both come out happy and gorgeous! When my pet babies enjoy their experience, it says a lot.
