The office is clean and smells good. The staff and Dr's are very friendly. Erica assisted the Dr for my doggies appointment and was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. Well done, team!

My senior dog’s health was failing and I had to get him to the vet. My primary vet was not available and so I called Northwest. They allowed me to drop my dog off for evaluation between their scheduled appointments. After testing, the outcome was not good for my dog and the vet was extremely thorough with details and options. She gave me all the time I needed to think about my decision and I decided on putting my pup down. This place truly cares about your pup! They were able to get my dog in quickly and had all they needed to help him that day. They even texted me over the weekend following up about how he was doing and answering any questions I had. Highly recommend!!
