This place ROCKS. My husband and I were traveling a lot last year unexpectedly, and we ended up spending a month in Omaha. Our puppy was reaching the age of needing to be neutered, and we were so anxious about finding a trustworthy place in Omaha. We were referred to American Animal Hospital - specifically Dr. Kroeger - and we could not have been happier with him and the entire practice. They treated Fergus with the utmost care, and eased any of our concerns and worries. They were thorough, patient, flexible, and truly so gentle with our pup. I was traveling with my dog and he was having issues with one of his eyes. My sister and brother in law recommended American Animal Hospital and there is not a bad word I could say about this place. The staff was so kind, so helpful, and Dr. Kroeger treated my dog like he’d known him his whole life. You can tell everyone here truly loves helping pets and is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a place that cares for your pet like they would their own.

Went to American animal hospital today for the first time with my 2 cats. Dr. Bohn, Ada and the receptionists were so helpful and caring for my animals. I would recommend this veterinary office to anyone. Taking animals to the vet can sometimes be a struggle, and especially with cats. They made it stress free and an enjoyable experience.
