I had a great experience with Krystal, LVT! She was professional, friendly, and clearly very passionate about the care she provides. She took the time to explain things, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. It’s obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. I would definitely recommend Krystal to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate LVT!
Excellent care. Staff made quick arrangements for a very large protective dog. They were calm and handled him perfectly. The Doctor listened to concerns and was curious about all symptoms - nothing was dismissed.
My dog, Luna, needed to be seen for urinary issues before going into the weekend. Our current vet was out of town so we visited Ridgeview. They were amazing from the moment we walked in the door, through the exam to leaving with a treatment plan. We didn’t have an appt and they worked us in quickly and with all the care my nervous Weimaraner needed. Thank you so much for helping us out on a Friday and treating us like valued customers!
