Dr Vipond is excellent. First time visit, transferred from prairie lane.
He got down on the floor with my small dog to get familiar with my pup, and examine him. Never seen that. It was apparent he has a rapport with animals.
Price was reasonable as well.
Rockbrook vet is the best! My dog maple has been going here since we moved to the area, and we love it. The clinic is always so clean, and the staff are so kind and helpful. Our dog got bit by a much larger dog over the weekend, and they were extremely helpful at getting her in with virtually no notice and taking care of everything she needed. We really appreciate the great work they do! Also very reasonably priced compared to the other vet we used to visit in Omaha!! Can’t recommend them enough.
I recently moved to the area and was having a hard time find a vet clinic that was excepting new people, open on Saturdays, and wasn't booked out for months. Another vet clinic recommended this place and I am very happy for that! It's very easy to get your dog in when needed. My dog recently had to have surgery. They quoted me a price which ended up being pretty accurate. The staff is very friendly and they care about your pets. I like how they called me the day before to go over surgery basics and asked if I had an questions. They also called me the next morning after my dog's surgery to make sure she was doing ok. I would highly recommend going here!
