“Dr. Huerter is a vet who truly cares about your pet and providing them the best care possible. My cat had unexpected incredibly aggressive and rapid cancer symptoms. In a week he went from a healthy boy showing some symptoms to needing to be put down for the amount of pain he was in. Dr. Huerter was amazing the whole way through. She truly made a traumatic week significantly less traumatic with her compassion, honesty, and straightforwardness. She provided him all the opportunities she could to give him a fighting chance. I’m grateful for the blessing of never having to question if more could have been done. The entire team is fantastic as well! From ease of making appointments, to helping sort out prescriptions with the pharmacist (even 10 minutes to closing on a Friday!), to the amount of dignity and care shown when providing me my cats ashes… I truly could not be more grateful for this vet clinic. Bring your cats here. You’ll never have to question if they’re receiving the best care possible.“

From the scheduling process, to answering questions, to keeping me updated throughout the entire day from the moment I dropped him off to the moment I picked him up, the communication has been top notch. Having a brachycephalic dog, it is scary putting them under. They have a special care package specifically for brachycephalic dogs. “I just adore Dr. Eli Landry. I have worked with him professionally before and I can say he is an amazing Doctor. His clients and staff love him for a reason. He is an amazing person and I am more than happy to bring my pets to see him. I work in vet me myself and I can’t get the testing done at my job so I come see Dr. Landry. “Dr. Jen, Kim and Alyssa are amazing and truly care for your pet like their own. When my ( now late) Ellie and I started seeing Dr. Jen it was after being completely at the end of the line with traditional veterinary care with a degenerative, undiagnosable condition. I truly believe they gave us hope where there was none and extended her life and quality for as long as we could. They performed her euthanasia and I could not have hoped for a more comforting and peaceful service. Would recommend to anyone and will return with my other dog.Thanks for being a huge part of Ellies journey.“

“I took my cat Bentley in after he developed uncontrolled nausea and vomiting . He quickly deteriorated and wasn’t eating or drinking . Dr. Natalie was amazing . She quickly assessed and came up with a plan for several days . She didn’t order a bunch of tests , just the most important ones for diagnosis and treatment . My husband and I liked her immediately because she had excellent bed side manner and we felt confident Bentley was in great hands . She maintained excellent communication with us and even called us later one eve to check on him . We followed her advice and plan for our precious cat. It worked !!! Bentley is back to normal . A week ago I was sure I was going to loose Bentley . Thanks to Dr. Natalie and all the staff at Rockbrook our Bentley survived . Also a shout out to Jessie, vet tech , and the vets that covered the weekend . All the staff is amazing . I highly recommend Rockbrook Animal Clinic ! Thank you Dr.Natalie , Jessie and all the wonderful staff who cared for Bentley .“
