What an amazing and caring group of people. I cannot express this enough. My daughter had to make the difficult decision to put her sweet Sawyer to rest.Your team was so kind, so caring, compassionate and the empathy was felt through the phone call I made to understand entirely what was happening as my daughters heart was shattered. The quiet time you allowed her to say goodbye to him provided her and Sawyer the peace and comfort that was needed. We bought a puppy that had parvo. Which we didn't know. He weight 4.6 pounds. Which another vet said to just put him down. So I search for another vet. Dr. Ehlers said she has had great results. One of the keys to success was to keep him on fluids for the time. So, they kept him on IV and within two days he was his self again. He now weighs 7.9 pounds and is very active and happy boy. My son named him Lucky Dog.

Given the circumstances, I had a lovely time working with this vet. We went in because my cat burned his paw, and after waiting a day or so because it didn't seem to be affecting him, we woke up the next morning to him refusing to put any weight on it at all. We went in and filled out some quick paperwork and they got to us nearly right away after. The visit was quick but they checked over everything they could, and examined his walking. They did a great job explaining how his healing process would go and what his paw would look like, as well as some things to look for, and assigned him a few days of pain medication to help him through.
