I couldn’t have asked for a better experience on one of the worst days of my life. My husband and I brought our 16 year old dog in last month around 3am after she had some sort of medical episode. In our hearts we knew she wouldn’t be coming home and we’d have to make the tough decision to say goodbye. The staff were all so compassionate and gave us as much time as we needed to grieve and say our final goodbyes. I’m still so heartbroken, but VES was amazing to work with. I would bring my other dog or future pets here without hesitation.
Great care. Wonderful staff. Tech - wonderful! Doc -wonderful! What I appreciated most was the kindness and communicativeness of your staff in my moment of extreme distress, thinking something was potentially fatally wrong with my puppy. They moved exceptionally quickly to offer her great care in my time of need.
Recently our dog experienced an emergency situation in the middle of the night. We took her to the Emergency Vet. Everything was explained clearly and our dog was well taken care of. She needed to stay and be hospitalized for the day. The staff were kind and compassionate and were able to treat our dog and got here feeling better. We appreciate the care they gave her!
