Ashley and Julie are the sweetest, kindest most patient people I have met in this industry. This entire process was easy and seamless. I made a claim to my warranty company. Within a couple hours an appointment was scheduled. Our tech Matt and his apprentice quickly agreed with Aksarben that I needed a new system. They submitted to my warranty for me, was approved within 24 hours. Let me know my Co pay that day and got the new system ordered. There was one small hiccup with the wrong part being ordered (by my warranty company) Ashley called and told me right away got a case manager involved same day and had excellent communication the entire time.
