Used with our 2-10 Warranty, always ask for this company!!! The dispatch team and the individuals that have come out to work on the four different units we have in our house have been phenomenal. Not only do they understand older units and older homes, they will do everything they can to repair it before they try to replace your entire unit. Their goal is to help you get the units you already have in working condition, not to sell you new units to make a profit. Very impressed with the multiple interactions we have had not only with the service tax, but with their dispatch and follow up on communication. Would recommend!

Matt was incredible he was prompt and flexible with our schedule. He was quick to diagnose the issue and get the needed materials to get it fixed. Went through my insurance to have them look at my A/C. They called me once and unfortunately I was at work. I’ve attempted to call a dozen times in three days but their voicemail is full and they have never answered any of the calls.Update: It’s been a total of 10 days but I received a call back and scheduled for a 10-12 arrival time. Well it’s past 12 and still no arrival and no calls.Update #2: Pete is the saving grace and the reason why a 1 star review went up to a three.
