“I have no record of how many times over the 12 years we've lived in our house, that I've called Jesse at Titan and have had an immediate response. our kitchen faucet was leaking - Jesse was here before we expected, fixed the faucet, cleaned up and left. No fuss, no muss!!! This is always the response we've had when we contact Titan! BTW- we were his 3rd non scheduled call today! It was determined that we would have to track down an old part and have it shipped, and the timeframe to get a new one installed was next Wednesday. Eric, the technician, was very understanding that it was a long time to go without hot water, and was very gracious and walked me through how to install a new one if it was the route I decided to go, and completely understood that I would have to check with other companies to see if it could be done sooner.My limited experience with H.A. has been very positive, and very professional.“
