“I called Wayne at Mark's HVAC to a rental I just purchased. I found out the AC didnt work the day I took over. I called Mark's and he met me there within a day. He looked at the AC and saw a compressor was bad, but then looked at the furnace unit, because there was a hole in the cover. After removing the cover he noticed holes in the heat exchange-to both furnaces, which would potentially cause carbon monoxide, and pointed them out to me. He stated he wouldnt be able to consciously replace the AC without replacing the whole thing. He was very kind and professional about it.A previous company associated with the rental and management company came and did not bother looking at the furnace with their diagnostics. Mark's had the whole thing done within a matter of days at a price much more reasonable than I expected.Thank you Wayne for being thorough to keep me from potential risks later.I would recommend them over anyone else in town.“

“Replaced the blower motor in my furnace in under an hour. Technician Ken was friendly and had lots of corny jokes, which I appreciated. Total cost was only a tenth of replacing the whole furnace, which another local heating and air business had been pressuring me to do.“
“I had my exhaust pipe frozen over during an extreme cold snap. Northern Plains sent a repairman the same day I called and he was able to quickly get the pipe cleared and my heat back on. Hourly rate was very reasonable too!“

“This morning I called in to have my old water heater looked at. It was determined that we would have to track down an old part and have it shipped, and the timeframe to get a new one installed was next Wednesday. Eric, the technician, was very understanding that it was a long time to go without hot water, and was very gracious and walked me through how to install a new one if it was the route I decided to go, and completely understood that I would have to check with other companies to see if it could be done sooner.My limited experience with H.A. has been very positive, and very professional.“
