Our water heater stopped working yesterday evening. We called at 8am the next day. The technician was at my place by 10am. Alex was amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to teach me a few things as well. Employees like this are rare to come across nowadays. Because of his great service, we know who we are calling if we need help down the road. Highly recommend! Shout out to Alex!
Very professional. The gentleman who came out was professional and did his best for his customer. I know this shouldn’t affect things too much as it is subject to how busy the company is but the time and communication was excellent as well. Thank you for your help!
Awesome, customer service when calling in for my furnace and ac unit. Fast and efficient in servicing my furnace and ac unit for the year. I am very impressed and will be calling to have done again next year. Thanks again Bismarck Heating and Air Conditioning.
