Excellent service, every time you need them. Shawn and Ellie were incredible, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient with all installation. Took the time to walk me through all the features and maintenance. Affordable prices with top quality service. You can’t beat it. Would highly recommend going through this company for all your services!
We are pleased to recommend Bismarck Htg. And Air! We had a new central air unit installed and had excellent customer service on the day of installation as well as a follow up several months later when our other unit needed a new thermostat. The technicians that did the new unit installation and the thermostat repair on our older unit were well trained, courteous, and prompt.
Tried other businesses first but never got a callback from anyone. I won't make that mistake again. Bismarck Heating & Air returned my call promptly after being without air conditioning for several days. Marty and Tobias showed up and impressed me with their professionalism, kindness, and honesty. I was given a full diagnosis and options for repairs. I'm a believer in repairing before replacing, and these guys made it happen. My house is cool again!
