This morning I called in to have my old water heater looked at. It was determined that we would have to track down an old part and have it shipped, and the timeframe to get a new one installed was next Wednesday. Eric, the technician, was very understanding that it was a long time to go without hot water, and was very gracious and walked me through how to install a new one if it was the route I decided to go, and completely understood that I would have to check with other companies to see if it could be done sooner.My limited experience with H.A. has been very positive, and very professional.

I had work done on my water heater totaling $600. I paid the bill and was called later and told that they discovered the part was under warranty and my new bill is only $230. If they didn’t call me I would not have know, or complained about the bill. Very honest company. I have used them in the past and will again.Services: Water heater installation
