We have used Northern Plains multiple times in the 10 years we've owned our home. Heating/AC issues, new water heater, and just today, fixing a leak in a corroded pipe. The technicians are always very nice and explain what they're doing and why very thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with our service over the years.
We called today to see about getting someone to replace a shut off valve on a toilet. Within 30 minutes the tech arrived. Russ was very friendly and professional. I had my exhaust pipe frozen over during an extreme cold snap. Northern Plains sent a repairman the same day I called and he was able to quickly get the pipe cleared and my heat back on. Hourly rate was very reasonable too!
