However, we had some issues related to buildup in our plumbing (these are issues that the city is responsible for, not Platinum Plumbing) and Tyler has been with us every step of the way to help get the problem resolved, often times with no charge! This was not Platinum's fault, but demonstrates that they are willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. “I had a very awesome experience with Dakota Sewer and Drain Cleaning. I called to get an appointment for a drain cleaning (plugged sink) and garbage disposal replacement. He was able to schedule me in the same day I called. He showed up right on time and was very professional. I only recieved one charge for both services, which I felt was very reasonable. Very CLEAN as well. I definitely would use again and highly recommend.“

“Replaced the blower motor in my furnace in under an hour. Technician Ken was friendly and had lots of corny jokes, which I appreciated. Total cost was only a tenth of replacing the whole furnace, which another local heating and air business had been pressuring me to do.“
“I had my exhaust pipe frozen over during an extreme cold snap. Northern Plains sent a repairman the same day I called and he was able to quickly get the pipe cleared and my heat back on. Hourly rate was very reasonable too!“

It was determined that we would have to track down an old part and have it shipped, and the timeframe to get a new one installed was next Wednesday. Eric, the technician, was very understanding that it was a long time to go without hot water, and was very gracious and walked me through how to install a new one if it was the route I decided to go, and completely understood that I would have to check with other companies to see if it could be done sooner.My limited experience with H.A. has been very positive, and very professional.“
