Based on the reviews, Comfort Zone Heating & Air provides top notch service with an honest owner and very fair pricing. The team is very prompt, detailed, and professional. They offer great service and honest work from good people who do not take advantage of the community. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and reasonable when problem solving furnaces and air conditioners. Customers describe the service as wonderful and recommend the business for all future HVAC needs.
Joe came out to give us a quote for a new AC unit. Because it's the end of the season he offered to take a look to get us by till spring. He found the issue, fixed it, and reasonably charged us for the repair. Most places want a sale, he could have easily told us it couldn't be fixed to sell a new unit. We know we'll have to replace the unit eventually, and when we do, we'll be calling Comfort Zone!
Joe is one of a kind! A/c stopped working and I couldn't get the company I had install it to come look at it for weeks! Called comfort zone and joe had a tech out the next morning at 10 and by 11 my house was nice and cold again! Top notch service with a honest owner and very fair priced. Hard to find businesses that actually care about the customer after they take your money these days! Wish I could go back 6 years and have them install my furnace and a/c! Will definitely use them for all my future needs!
