Took 2 visits to fix it properly, however it was definitely an odd issue we were having since the unit "worked". The man/men they sent to us for our geothermal unit were very helpful and explained what they were doing and diagnosing along the way. When we left and they returned were extremely patient with my dogs. We will only call river city if we have any issues again, thank you for keeping us cool this summer!Services: HVAC system maintenance
