I have good experience with Harkey Heat and Air service. Particularly Lucas the technician. He’s very competent and very thorough. I felt he worked on my furnace just liked he worked for his own home.

I can't say enough about this company! After the initial inspection we knew we needed a new heat pump, air handler, flex ducts and thermostat. We actually knew this before they came and was getting quotes to see what our options were.They worked with us on pricing, options, and even told us how we could save money on parts that did not need to be replaced. There was never any trying to upsell us. From the initial inspection to final day of installation was only a week which was wonderful since we had cold snap that week. We have had a service contract with Harkey for a couple years now and couldn’t be happier. The entire staff is kind ,respectable and knowledgeable. From calling the office and talking to Kim to the servicing being done by Lucas. The work has been quick and done in a very reasonable time. It’s one of the businesses that still offers top notch customer service that our parents talked about in the 1950’s with the knowledge of todays technology and best products for our needs.
