Very pleased! Rich of Fan Man Inc. of Mooresville gave me the best bid for both attic blown-in insulation and crawlspace batting insulation. He also took care of processing the Duke Energy Insulation Rebates for us. The installers did a great job. Two days later the termite inspector did his annual inspection and he remarked that the batting installers "did it right" and was impressed (as was I ) with their level of neatness, precision and attention to detail that made his job easier.

What characteristics would you want from a company/contractor? Responsiveness? Excellent customer service? Knowledgeable? Honest and thorough? Fan Man was all of these and more. It is not often that a company excels in every area that a client would desire and Fan Man checks every box. My contact in Charlotte was Jeff Matuszko and he was excellent and extremely easy to work with and scope out our insulation project. Scheduling was very straight forward and Jeff arrived on time with his team and made everyone aware of what needed to be performed. Great company! Easy to get a quote, easy to book, provided excellent information. The crew was fantastic. Clean, quick, smart, and very respectful of the home and space. Highly recommend this group. We has a fan installed in our attic and it’s been a game changer.
