The folks at Temperature Design are always friendly and responsive to your needs. Haven’t ever had a bad experience. They try and talk you through repair options before sending someone out , for weekend or after hour calls. They always work to get you back up and running ASAP
Jeremiah explained everything he was very knowledgeable and very friendly and I appreciated both of those things and the installation went off without a hitch he explained all of the things that I needed to know
Lee tried everything he could to get our unit to work but no luck. We have a bad compressor. He was polite, courteous and a joy to be around. He apologized that he was unable to repair our unit. He went above and beyond. Your company will reach back out to us in a day or two as to our next step. Thanks 😊. We only paid for the service fee today.
