Jeremiah explained everything he was very knowledgeable and very friendly and I appreciated both of those things and the installation went off without a hitch he explained all of the things that I needed to know
Lee tried everything he could to get our unit to work but no luck. We have a bad compressor. He was polite, courteous and a joy to be around. He apologized that he was unable to repair our unit. He went above and beyond. Your company will reach back out to us in a day or two as to our next step. Thanks 😊. We only paid for the service fee today.
Greg is and has been our go to guy at Terra Bella senior living! He is absolutely the best, and always explains what he does in a manner that we understand! Don't ever let him go!!!
