Griffin does a wonderful job every time! We have used them for 10 years now at different homes. From Service and repair work on an old unit, installing a new unit, and service calls at our new house they show up quickly every time. Techs are polite and knowledgeable, we appreciate them!

Your Technician did an excellent job, he explained to me what he problem was and it was in the Defrost mode which I never knew.

We had two heat pumps fail this year, most recently in our rental property while the temperature was running well over 95F. Needless to say, this was urgent. In both cases I worked with Brandon Pope, and I cannot overstate how happy with his support. He and the Griffin team were professional and got things done well. Great support and service. I have been counting on Griffin for 15 years and the have never let me down.
