This is a family-owned, local business with 50 years of expertise in the industry instead of what appears to be locally owned companies that have been bought out by private equity, so SHA isn't just all about the money like those equity firms are. They are about providing quality products & services to make happy customers, which we are. Our unit even comes with a 12-year parts & labor warranty!

“My evap coil froze a few weeks ago. I had originally had a competitor come out to diagnose the problem and was told I had a leak in the coil and explained exactly where it was at, however the proce quote that the company told me repair the issue was outrageous. So I started to look for another company. Contacted Duncan and spoke with Tim a manager there and we talked about costs of replacing the coil and he said they were going to send someone out just to make sure before we start committing to a fix that might not do it. Technician Justin came out and tried his hardest to find where the other companies guy said I had a leak. No leak in the coil that Justin could find. He went to the outside unit and found the leak and it was in a repairable spot no replacement needed. So with the extra time spent by Justin to actually find the issue I was able to fix the issue at less than half the price of my original quote from the competitor and that wouldnt have even fixed it.
