“Everything went fine with our puppy Mickey. Their dropoff and pickup times were on schedule. Mickey has been fine since coming home acting like nothing was different, playing, eating, sleeping etc. He hasn't fussed with the area where the work was done. Like I said, he's like nothing has changed. Every pet is different but this was our experience.“

I was SO lucky to call Ansede. They were beyond kind even though I was a bit panicked. They got some info over the phone and told me to come on in. They were amazing. Everyone was nice - Cookie was wagging her tail the whole time. They took us right in and were quick to assure me that Cookie was fine and it was most likely just a bug or spider bite. They did a couple other maintenance things since we were there and get more done since we were paying the visit fee. They were the best - and they are now Cookies official Vet! Highly recommend !!!“

“Everyone here was friendly and helpful. My senior lab has pretty bad anxiety and he had been days without his meds since my regular vet unexpectedly closed -- totally my fault for waiting til last minute to get a refill! After calling 5+ vets hoping for the soonest-available appointment, I finally got booked here. Despite his anxiety, he magically felt at ease here and took treats right out of the doctor's hand (HE NEVER DOES THAT). Thanks for helping us out last minute!“

“I moved out of state or else I would have continued taking my pets here. Throughout my time taking animals to O.H. Person St the vet techs and vets were so patient, kind, and knowledgeable to all of my pets. Most impressive was their ability to work with our rescued Belgian Malinois. He was petrified of people and Dr. Rebecca got him to the point where he could eat in front of strangers again and play with his ball. Similarly, my senior cat has always hated the vet, but he loved the staff. They trimmed his nails quickly and comforted him with a blanket, he was actually purring towards the end. When our family got a GSD puppy they discussed all treatment options, vaccinations, and training and were very encouraging about the long road ahead for training a working line puppy. Can't thank them enough!“
