Just want to say I so appreciate Dr Shannon Raboin. I have followed him and will follow him regardless of cost or distance. Not only is he a skilled clinician , he possesses the rare gift of clear, realistic and comforting communication . You are blessed to have a superlative asset in him on your staff.
I had a pet euthanized. The Vet and assistants were great. Pricing experience/ actually paying, not so much.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Dr. Alcorn and her staff! Unfortunately, my cat had to be put down, and this was my first time doing this with a pet. Everyone was respectful, compassionate, professional and patient from start to finish.
The icing on the cake was receiving a hand written note 2 weeks later to express their condolences. Included in the note, was my cat’s paw prints in rainbow ink!
