Dr. Hale was probably the most genuine vet I have ever encountered. Since moving here I have struggled to find a vet that matched the care and compassion of mine back home. I can now say that I have found Moose a place I trust. Between the amazing front desk staff and our vet tech Emily,we had an amazing experience. I’ve been bringing my sweet German Shepherd, Kai, to this veterinary office on and off since 2016, with a few gaps due to moving. For the past six years, he was groomed here regularly, and the staff always spoke so highly of him. They often told me how much they loved Kai and that he was one of the sweetest German Shepherds they had ever met.
On Memorial Day night, I lost my boy after 10 wonderful years together. The following morning, I called to let the office know, knowing he was due for an upcoming checkup. These wonderful people saved my baby. I brought my cat in for mild but unusual symptoms and they got to the bottom of it immediately, came up with a smart treatment plan, and performed emergency surgery that it turns out saved her life. They explained everything and every option clearly, and I was kept informed every step of the way. From the moment of my first phone call this morning, they have been compassionate and extremely empathetic. This clinic is who you want looking after your precious pets. They are amazing and I am beyond grateful.
