I was so scared to take my bunny in to have her fixed and they made me feel so much better about it and she did so well and they called and kept me informed the whole time and Evan called to check on her after I got her home. Everyone in that place from the front desk to the doctor's was so nice and friendly ?

I have been taking my Lions mane rabbit here for grooming for a year. Nice people and the animals are very well cared for. No issues with any services or communication. I guess my only problem is struggling with the cost. It's a hefty bill every 3 months and I don't know if they are charging too much but it's really expensive to get a shave for a bunny! I'm stuck because no one else will do it.

The vet team was incredibly kind and compassionate during my rat's euthanasia. Even as a new client, they fit us in an the end of the day. And they created a beautiful paw print memorial and delicately prepared him for burial.
