They are really nice and from my understanding they have some of the most affordable prices around for regular check ups. They’re able to get you in really fast as well. However, I would not recommend them for major surgeries like TLPO. I’m sure they do a great job but their quote for the cost was $2,000+ over what I was able to find at another vet (Creedmoor), even though they had the most affordable price in the area for the surgery. I think they were just unaware that it was available for a more affordable price at other places.
When I walked in for my visit, the receptionist looked up and acknowledged me with a smile. During the visit, the nurse explained what was going to happen at my visit and she gave me information to help me make informed decisions for my pet's health. Gigi made me feel like a valued customer. The doctor was very nice and showed compassion for my pet. I left feeling very good about my visit.
I am very grateful to them; they were incredibly attentive and empathetic with my cat, who can be a bit difficult to handle. They provided excellent care, and Stefany was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. The vet, the assistant, and Stefany were all very clear in explaining everything.
